Location is fantastic, right on Michigan Avenue, within walking distance to shopping. The elevators were slow and small, causing long waits. Room was clean, but outdated decor could use some refresh.

I absolutely loved how everything I wanted to see was just a short walk away, from the iconic Cloud Gate, which was less than 2 kilometers away, to the beautiful Buckingham Fountain at just over 2 kilometers; even the Art Institute and cultural center felt like a brisk 15-minute stroll down Michigan Avenue, where I also discovered some fantastic restaurants. My room was spacious and comfortable, providing a nice retreat after my adventures, but the service could use a little improvement.

The location is a gem—right in the heart of everything I wanted to explore. The room, though cozy, had some cleanliness issues, like stains on the carpet and a low bed that felt almost on the floor. While the pleasant cleaning staff made a good impression, waiting for water at the front desk was frustrating. Elevators were slow, and I missed having breakfast options on-site. The front desk staff could have been friendlier, but the convenience of nearby restaurants and shops made it easier to overlook some of the shortcomings.

The room was quite spacious and impeccably clean. The king-size bed offered great comfort, but an extra blanket would have been nice. The shower had amazing water pressure, making for an enjoyable bath experience. the air circulation was lacking, resulting in a stuffy atmosphere. I struggled a bit with luggage, as there were no help services available. The thin walls led to disturbances from neighboring guests, which was frustrating. The mini fridge was too small for practical use. Staff was friendly, but amenities felt limited, leading to some inconvenience during the stay.

The location is fantastic, right off Michigan Avenue. My room was cozy and clean. The elevator access could be a hassle, especially during busy times. Staff were friendly and helpful, but I had issues with daily room cleaning not being available unless requested in advance.

The lobby area is really inviting and has a good vibe. I appreciate that it's super close to all the fun spots and there are plenty of food options nearby.
The duvet seemed to have seen better days.

I was really disappointed with the service at this hotel. The receptionist seemed annoyed during check-in, even suggesting our room was too small for two people.

A historic location in the heart of the shopping district. Easily walkable to main attractions and dining. The lobby and rooms are beautifully appointed—clean, spacious, and comforting. Valet service is prompt and courteous. the hotel operates with minimal staffing, leading to disorganization. Check-in issues plagued our arrival; charges were mishandled, resulting in double billing. Communication was lacking. Rooms weren’t cleaned during our entire stay, and I experienced unprofessional behavior from reception staff multiple times. Despite these setbacks, the welcoming demeanor of the staff shone through. The potential is evident, but improvements are necessary to match the charm of the space.

Great location, just a hop away from the bustling city center, perfect for exploring the city's gems. The staff rocked, always friendly and ready to help with a genuine smile. My heart skipped a beat at the sight of the cozy rooms and the spacious bathroom - a pleasant surprise indeed!
Housekeeping needs a little booster shot, as it's only available upon request and may skip your room unexpectedly.

My friends and I had a blast exploring Millennium Park and chilling at the Sugar Factory on Michigan Avenue. Free concerts and cool exhibitions kept us entertained all day long!
We wished there was a more happening nightlife scene near the hotel - maybe a trendy rooftop bar or a dance club for us young party animals to let loose! .

This place is just a short stroll from all the classic hot spots like Navy Pier, the River Walk, and the Magnificent Mile, making it super easy to soak in the sights and sounds of the city while enjoying leisurely walks, and while the room was comfortable and decent in size with nice amenities like a desk and an iron, it could definitely benefit from updating some of the furnishings and housekeeping services.

The room was spacious with a comfy bed, and we got a welcome drink at check-in. Housekeeping was prompt, and they acknowledged our special occasion with a sweet note.
It wasn't inexpensive, but the experience was worth it.

Captivating blend of charm, history, and warmth. Ideal location for exploring. Chic room with a marble bathroom. M Avenue Restaurant was a foodie's dream. 360 observation deck for incredible city views. Versatile event spaces for any occasion. A unique blend of modern and historical charm.
I enjoyed being overcharged at check-in — always a fun surprise! .

The bustling cultural scene and free family-friendly events made it a hit with all our kids.
My wife says that a children's play area would be great.

It was super convenient and allowed us to explore the city easily. Now, onto the room - it was spacious and had a comfortable king-size bed. the room felt a bit stuffy at times since we couldn't open the windows for fresh air. The air circulation system could definitely be improved to make the room more comfortable. One thing I really missed was the availability of an ironing facility in the room. It would have been handy to have one, especially for longer stays. The amenities like free Wi-Fi in the room and the flat-screen TV were great, but I was a bit disappointed by the lack of free toiletries in the bathroom. Having those little essentials provided would have been a nice touch. housekeeping seemed to be lacking during our stay. We were there for a few nights, and our room was not attended to at all. By the end of our stay, we had run out of essentials like toilet paper and shampoo. It would have been much better if housekeeping had been more consistent.

Had a room with a stunning view of Michigan Ave and noise-canceling windows. The historic charm mixed with modern convenience was a winner. The marble bathroom with a rain showerhead was a luxurious touch. Perfect location and cozy bed made my xmas stay delightful.
Room lighting was a bit dim, and the shower had drainage issues. Limited housekeeping and no room service.

We were disappointed to find out that the hotel does not provide room cleaning during the stay. However, the central location and comfortable beds made our visit enjoyable. I'll recommend this hotel.

From the moment I arrived, I felt the warm embrace of Chicago nostalgia blended seamlessly with modern comforts. The free Wi-Fi in my room allowed me to stay connected while the friendly staff made me feel right at home. The central location was perfect for exploring the city, and I even managed to catch a baseball game nearby. The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed, including a flat-screen TV for unwinding after a long day.
The lack of a refrigerator in the room.

the location is perfect, with easy access to everything that the city has to offer. the view from our room at Warwick was great, and the size of the room was huge. they upgraded our reservation, and it was awesome! the staff was amazing, everyone was so helpful and courteous, and offered assistance without having to be asked. the environment and interior design were so welcoming, adoring the preservation of the classic architecture and obvious history of this regal lady. the bed and pillows were comfy, and the staff at reception were lovely when we checked in.
For us it was ideal 😊
